Returns & 30-Day Guarantee

Window: We want you to be satisfied, but due to the nature of water filtration hygiene, returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be in original, unused, and resalable condition with all packaging intact.

Exclusions: Used filters or kits that have been connected to a water source cannot be returned for a refund.

Process: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
