Terms of Service

By purchasing from Filtr8, you agree to these terms. We provide under-sink water filter kits for residential use. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

Scope of Products

Our products are designed for Do-It-Yourself (DIY) installation. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are electing to perform the installation yourself or via a third party of your choosing.

DIY Installation & Responsibility

Customer Competence: You represent that you have the necessary tools and basic mechanical skills to perform the installation as described in the provided manuals.

Pre-Installation Check: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product for defects and ensure all parts are present before beginning the installation or modifying existing plumbing.

Limitation of Liability

Filtr8 (Water Filtration) Ltd accepts no liability for any damages, losses, or costs arising from improper installation. This includes, but is not limited to:

Water damage to cabinetry, flooring, or property caused by leaks from incorrect fittings.

Damage to existing plumbing or fixtures during the installation process.

Personal injury sustained during the assembly or installation of our products.

Failure to follow local plumbing codes or regulations.

Warranty & Modification

Our product warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty is voided if the product is damaged due to:

Overtightening of valves or fittings.

Use of incompatible tools or third-party components.

Installation in environments that exceed the product's rated pressure or temperature specifications.

Technical Support

While we may provide instructional videos or remote support, this guidance is offered as a courtesy and does not shift the liability of the physical installation to Filtr8 (Water FIltration) Ltd. If you are unsure of your ability to install the filter safely, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed plumber.
