Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our team can manage commitments effectively. Please review our guidelines for various purchase types below.

1. Subscriptions & Memberships

Self-Service: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings.

Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain full access until that period expires.

Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

2. One-Time Purchases & Digital Goods

Physical Goods: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, these are generally non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Services & Appointments

To respect the schedules of our specialists, we require notice for all appointment changes:

Full Refund: Cancellation notice given 48+ hours in advance.

Partial Credit: Cancellation notice given 24–48 hours in advance (50% credit).

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Note: Please allow 5–7 business days for any approved refunds to reflect on your original payment method.
