Good to know before you order
Do I need a Filtr8 filter to use this tap?+
Yes, for the filtered side. The tap itself handles hot, cold and filtered water, but a Filtr8 Under Sink Water Filter needs to be connected to it for the filtered water to actually be filtered. It's included if you're buying the Professional Kit.
Can I install it myself?+
We recommend a plumber for the 3-way tap, though it's a straightforward swap if you're handy. Braided flexible hoses and standard UK/US fittings are included.
Will it fit my sink?+
Yes, it fits any UK standard sink. If you're not sure about yours, get in touch before you order and we'll help you check.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?+
UK delivery is free. We send every order by Royal Mail Tracked 24, and it usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days.
What if I change my mind?+
Send it back, no questions asked. Fit it, try it, and if you don't like it, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage is at your cost unless something arrived damaged.
